• Cancellations & Rescheduling: I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late Arrivals: Please communicate if you are running behind! I have a strict 7-minute grace period. If you arrive past this window, I may not have time to complete your service, and it will be treated as a late cancellation.
• Hair Growth: Please ensure your hair is at least the size of a grain of rice (about 3-4 weeks of growth) for the best waxing results!
