Booking & Deposits A valid card on file is required to hold your appointment. If we book your appointment via DM or text, I will send you a secure link to pay a deposit to lock in your time!

Cancellations & Rescheduling I totally get that life happens! I just ask for a heads-up. Same-time reschedules (notifying me right at your appointment time) leave a gap I can't fill, so those are subject to a 50% fee.

No-Shows Ghosting is a major bummer. If you no-call/no-show, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments cannot be booked until this is cleared.

Late Arrivals Please communicate if you are running behind! I have a strict 7-minute grace period. If you arrive past this window, I may not have time to complete your service, and it will be treated as a late cancellation.

Hair Growth Please ensure your hair is at least the size of a grain of rice (about 3-4 weeks of growth) for the best waxing results!
